| INTRODUCTION OF PRODUCTS | |
| This is clad metal used for material of electric contacts which in
bedding single layer, or multi layer, of precious metals such as; gold,
silver palladium and their alloys in base metals of copper alloy and others.
Typical configuration are as shown in below figure. These clad metals are furuished in remarkable long rolls with from 0.05mm to 3.0mm thickness and from 5.0mm to 100mm width. Since this materials have advantages of both contact efficiency of precious metal and mechanical property of base metal, moreover the volume of precious metal is reduced to the minimum required, these series of clad metals enable you to manufacture high quality of electric contacts at reduced cost. The selection of cladding metal is varied from gold, and gold alloys, for mocro-currency to silver cadmium oxide alloys for macro-currency. |

INTRODUCTION OF TECHNOLOGY |
|
| Welding and/or brazing is the techniques to be employed to manufacture
this type of metal materials. However these techniques have disadvantages
such as incidental void and limitation in thichness of precious materials
layer. These products adopt a cladding technique which does not melt any base metals and it makes the products can achieve excellent reliability and joint of customer's optional layer without any void at jointing surface with reduced cost. |
