1968
Hokko Metal Co., Ltd. was formally established with Mr. Akira Saito in Saitama prefecture with major products of copper-silver alloy tube for commutator used in DC micro-motors.

1969
Hokko started manufacturing high-silver alloy foils, wires, bars, tubes and clad materials for regular electrical contacts.

1971
Hokko started manufacturing silver brazing and copper-phosphor brazing alloys.

1973
Nakadouri precious metal Co., Ltd. was established as the daughter company of Hokko in Iwate prefecture with major products of silver brazing and copper-phosphor brazing alloy wires. Hokko transferred its facilities of wire drawing to Nakadouri.

1977
Nakadouri was equipped with a 600tons extruder.

1979
The second production plant of Hokko, called Iwashiro Factory, was built up in Fukushima prefecture where efficient facilities have been equipped with for silver alloy products, including precious metal clad products, in successive intervals.

1992
Nakadouri was equipped with the inductive melting furnace and 1000tons extruder for more efficient manufacturing of silver brazing and copper-phosphor brazing alloys.

1996
Nakadouri was equipped with the 1500tons extruder for more efficient manufacturung of copperphosphor brazing alloys.

1998
Hokko was equipped with continuous casters, vacuum melting furnace and SEM/EDS analyzer.
